* In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day or within two business days or ASAP. When determining the arrival day of your purchase, please count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed & only AFTER the funds are authorized to process into our Bank Account.
* The Shipments are NOT automatically insured. Insurance is extra & at a cost to the customer & at the customer's request only.
* We ship an order through UPS and/or USPS and/or ANY other Courier/service deemed fit. We may email you (at Billing & Shipping email addresses) the tracking number which is also our proof of shipping. For your protection, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
* You may be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for ANY reason. If this is to happen, we will give you the best possible solutions such as voiding the order, replacing it with a similar substitutable item. In such a case & for ANY reason, if the order is cancelled, then the amount authorized will NOT be charged. In other words, we may NOT charge for the funds to process into our Bank Account.
